With the Orangetheory workout, you'll keep your heart rate going through interval exercises over 60-minute periods. During your class, you'll cycle through three different activity blocks with 12 featured stations and workout machines. All of our exercises are designed to maximize your power, improve your strength and heighten your endurance.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
